If you take a look at this photo of the butterfly, it’s a great rendering of the vibration that I keep talking about. When you look at everything from the microscopic view you will see that we all look very similar. We are vibrating just like this butterfly.
When you are not feeling balanced, you may find upon “deep” inspection that your vibrations are off. This can be caused by many things. The important thing is to pay attention to where you may be feeling off and determine ways to shift your energy.
